What You’ll Learn

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Assess emergency situations and act safely and effectively

Treat wounds, burns, bleeding, and shock

Administer CPR and use AED (automated external defibrillator)

Manage unconscious casualties, seizures, and choking incidents

Record and report incidents appropriately

Provide first aid for major illnesses (e.g. heart attack, stroke, asthma)

Course Duration

- 3 Days (typically 18 contact hours)
- Includes theory, practical exercises, and assessments

Certification & Licensing

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a First Aid at Work Certificate, valid for 3 years, in line with HSE (Health and Safety Executive) requirements.

Classroom based learning

Scenario based discussions

Knowledge assessments aligned with awarding standards

CPR class with instructors talking and demonstrating firt aid, compressions ans reanimation procedure. Cpr dummy
Medical student are practicing. Man provide first aid. Doctor in medical gloves performs resuscitation.
