Our First Aid at Work (FAW) training is a comprehensive, nationally accredited course designed for workplaces with higher health and safety risks. It equips learners with essential knowledge and hands-on skills to manage a wide range of first aid scenarios in the workplace.

What You'll Learn
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Assess emergency situations and act safely and effectively
Manage unconscious casualties, seizures, and choking incidents
Treat wounds, burns, bleeding, and shock
Record and report incidents appropriately
Administer CPR and use AED (automated external defibrillator)
Provide first aid for major illnesses (e.g. heart attack, stroke, asthma)
Course Duration
- 3 Days (typically 18 contact hours)
- Includes theory, practical exercises, and assessments
Certification & Licensing
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a First Aid at Work Certificate, valid for 3 years, in line with HSE (Health and Safety Executive) requirements.
